A plain account of what this website does and does not collect.
This policy governs the Osgiliath Labs corporate website at
osgiliathlabs.com. Each application we publish has its
own, app-specific privacy policy linked from the application's store
listing. Those policies — not this one — describe what an app
collects from its users.
§ 02 What this site collects
The website is a static, informational page. We do not run analytics, advertising, fingerprinting, or third-party trackers on it. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, records standard server access logs — including IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamp — for security and operational purposes. We do not receive or store those logs in any other system.
§ 03 Email you send us
If you email us at an @osgiliathlabs.com address, we
receive your message, your email address, and any information you
choose to include. We use this only to respond to you and to keep
records of the correspondence. We do not share it with anyone, except
where required by law or to defend a legal claim.
§ 04 Cookies
The website itself does not set cookies.
§ 05 Children
The website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
§ 06 Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@osgiliathlabs.com from the address you have used to contact us.
§ 07 Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date in the margin. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least thirty days.
