For the corporate website only. Each application is governed by its own end-user agreement.
These terms govern your use of the Osgiliath Labs website at
osgiliathlabs.com. Each application we publish has its
own end-user license agreement, linked from the relevant app's
store listing; those agreements prevail over these terms for use of
the app itself.

The website is provided for informational purposes. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
§ 02 Intellectual property
The site, including its text, design, code, logos, and marks, is owned by Osgiliath Labs, LLC or its licensors. You may view and share the pages, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute substantial portions without our written permission.
§ 03 No warranties
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
§ 04 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osgiliath Labs, LLC and its members, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website.
§ 05 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
